Returns, Exchanges, & Refunds
We love it that you ordered from us and we want you to be 100% happy with what you got. So if something isn’t right, let us know immediately and we will make it right for you. Email us at email@example.com or use the contact form on the Contact Us page within 24 hours of receiving the order and we will resolve it for you. Also, send us the picture of what you got that made you unhappy.
One thing to keep in mind – if the courier arrives at your doorstep with a seemingly damaged packaging, please don’t accept it. Return it to the courier person and let us know immediately, and the order will find its way back to us. We will, of course, send you another order immediately.
Personalized orders are not eligible for return or exchange simply because, well, they were made just for you!
However, if you received the product damaged, please let us know immediately and we will resolve the problem for you.
